Unless otherwise stated in writing, The Spotlight may include review of information provided by the client, research and analysis, consultation, and a written Action Report containing observations, priorities, recommendations, and suggested next steps.

Business Decisions and Results

Neon Gulf does not guarantee:

  • increased revenue

  • increased profit

  • more customers or leads

  • sales growth

  • search engine rankings

  • social media growth

  • advertising performance

  • cost reductions

  • successful implementation

Business results depend on many factors outside Neon Gulf's control, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, implementation, timing, pricing, management decisions, economic conditions, and other circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information necessary for Neon Gulf to perform the requested work.

Neon Gulf may rely on information supplied by the client without independently verifying every statement, record, number, or assumption.

You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and determining whether they are appropriate for your business before implementation.

You are also responsible for obtaining advice from qualified attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, insurance professionals, financial advisers, or other licensed professionals when appropriate.

Digital Products and Business Tools

Neon Gulf may sell downloadable products such as templates, guides, prompt libraries, business kits, worksheets, checklists, systems, reports, educational materials, and other digital resources.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited license to use that product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, sublicense, publish, upload, share, or commercially redistribute Neon Gulf digital products unless you have written permission to do so.

You may adapt materials for use inside your own business unless the product specifically states otherwise.

These tools may assist with research, analysis, writing, organization, brainstorming, content creation, data processing, or other business activities.

AI-generated or AI-assisted output can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Neon Gulf reviews and uses such tools as part of a broader professional process, but no automated system should be treated as infallible.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving any material before relying on it for significant business, legal, financial, employment, safety, or regulatory decisions.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Neon Gulf LLC is a business consulting and media company.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, Neon Gulf does not provide legal, accounting, tax, medical, investment, engineering, or other licensed professional services.

Information provided through the website, content, products, or consulting engagements should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional where such advice is required.

Pricing

Current prices for products and services may be displayed on neongulf.llc, Stripe checkout pages, invoices, proposals, or other sales materials.

Neon Gulf believes in straightforward pricing and will make reasonable efforts to clearly communicate the cost of work before payment is required.

Prices may change in the future.

A price change will not normally alter the agreed price of work that has already been purchased or formally accepted unless the parties agree otherwise.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.

By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Neon Gulf does not directly control the payment processor's systems, security procedures, outages, or processing decisions.

Invoices

Some services may be billed by invoice.

Invoices may specify payment terms, due dates, deposits, installment arrangements, or other project-specific conditions.

Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the terms shown on the invoice or otherwise agreed in writing.

Neon Gulf may pause or postpone work when an invoice is materially overdue.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by Neon Gulf's Refund Policy and any specific written agreement applicable to the purchase.

Because consulting and creative work often involve reserved time, research, preparation, analysis, or work performed before final delivery, refunds may be reduced or unavailable once substantial work has begun.

Please review the Refund Policy available on neongulf.llc for additional information.

Scheduling

Clients should make reasonable efforts to attend scheduled consultations, meetings, and project sessions.

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

Repeated missed appointments or significant delays caused by the client may affect project schedules and delivery dates.

Project Timelines

Any estimated delivery date or project timeline is a good-faith estimate unless a specific deadline has been guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may change due to client delays, missing information, requested revisions, technical problems, third-party services, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside Neon Gulf's reasonable control.

Confidentiality

Neon Gulf will make reasonable efforts to treat non-public client information as confidential and use it only as necessary to provide services and operate the business.

Clients should avoid sending passwords, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, payment card information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms.

Confidentiality obligations may be further defined by a separate agreement when appropriate.

If you submit information, documents, text, images, files, business information, or other materials to Neon Gulf, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials.

You grant Neon Gulf permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services you requested.

You retain ownership of your original materials.

Testimonials and Case Studies

Neon Gulf will not identify a client publicly in a testimonial, case study, promotional example, or similar marketing material without permission where such permission is reasonably required.

Any fictional examples, demonstrations, or sample reports should be identified as such and should not be interpreted as actual client results.

Third-Party Services

The website and Neon Gulf's business operations may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Wix, Stripe, email providers, scheduling software, cloud services, analytics tools, social media platforms, artificial intelligence providers, and other vendors.

Neon Gulf is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, policy changes, service interruptions, or other problems caused by independent third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Gulf LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, products, services, consulting recommendations, or third-party services.

Neon Gulf is not responsible for business losses caused by decisions made by a client based on recommendations, information, products, or materials provided by Neon Gulf.
